Elite Trade & Rider Limited (company No. 16224715), registered office Basepoin Business, Crab Apple Way, Vale Park, Evesham, WR11 1GY, England, is the data controller for this website.
When you send the quote form we collect your name, phone number, pick-up and destination, journey date and time, passenger numbers, any access needs you describe and your notes. When you apply to drive with us we collect your name, phone, email and the licence and DBS details you provide.
We use this information to reply to you, prepare a quote, arrange journeys and manage driver applications. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before a contract, and our legitimate interests in running the service. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for marketing lists.
If you use the address search or map, the places you type are sent to the online services that provide them (Mapbox, and the OpenStreetMap-based services Photon, postcodes.io and OSRM) to find locations and routes. Those services receive the search text, not your name or phone number.
Enquiries and applications are kept only as long as needed to handle them and meet licensing and tax record duties, then deleted.
You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, or to delete it. Contact details are on the contact page. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
